The CCX Messages partner program: 20% every month, a year-end bonus, and we handle the sale
The program fits in one line: A + B. A is 20% of the subscription of every client you refer, every month, for as long as they stay a client. B is a 1% to 4% bonus on everything your portfolio spent on messages during the year. This post shows how the two add up, what counts as a referral and how the money reaches you.

What you'll take away
- How the recurring commission and the annual bonus add up over the year
- Why the bonus applies to the portfolio's entire spend, not just to what went past the tier
- What counts as a referral, and the four cases that don't
- How you get paid, inside or outside Brazil
A + B: the whole math in one line
Many referral programs pay once: the client signs, you get a fee and that's the end of it. The CCX Messages program was designed the other way around. You earn for as long as the client you brought keeps using the platform, and you earn more when they use it more.
A is the recurring commission: 20% of the list price of each referred client's plan, every month, for as long as they stay a client. There is no waiting period, and the 20% does not shrink over time. A client who stays five years pays you five years of commission.
B is the annual bonus. At the end of the year, we add up what all the clients you referred spent on messages from January to December. The total sets a tier, from 1% to 4%, and the percentage applies to the total. The bonus is paid in January, together with that month's commission.
The two parts measure different things on purpose. The commission follows how many clients you brought and which plan they are on. The bonus follows how much those clients actually use. If you bring many small accounts, you earn through the first part; if you bring a few accounts that send a lot, through the second.
A: 20% of the subscription, every month
The commission is based on the list price of the plan the client signed up for: Essential, Growth, Scale or Corporate. The chart below shows what each plan pays you per month on today's price list.
The commission is always 20% of that month's list price. If the price list changes, the amount changes with it, up or down; what doesn't change is the percentage.
Message spend is not part of the monthly commission. It has a place of its own: it is the base of the annual bonus, covered in the next section.
The first commission is paid the month after the client goes live. Each month is paid for every client whose subscription was paid: if a client pays late, their commission goes into the first payout after CCX receives it.
B: the bonus that grows with your portfolio
The bonus looks at the whole portfolio, not at each client. We add up the message spend of every client you referred, from January to December, and the total falls into one of four tiers: Start, Traction, Scale and Elite, at 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%.
The detail that matters most: the percentage applies to the total, not just to what went past the tier threshold. A portfolio that reached Traction earns 2% on the whole year, including the part that was below the threshold. Move the spend in the chart and compare the two readings.
Spend means what your referred clients pay for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and push messages. Left out are AI (AI Agent, AI Assist and Playground), trial credit and courtesy credit from CCX. Refunded messages come out of the base.
The reason behind it is simple. A portfolio that sends a lot is made of clients who found real use for the platform, and that is what CCX wants to reward: referrals that turn into operations, not sign-ups that sit idle.
Bonus: 2% of US$60,000 = US$1,200
Paid in January, together with that month's commission.
From sign-up to your first payout
Signing up is free, with no minimum target and no exclusivity: you can keep working with other providers. After you send the form, the CCX team reviews who you are and how you work, and answers within business days.
Once you are approved, the partnership contract follows. Signing it is what switches the program on: referrals count from the signature onwards, and no referral made before it counts. With the contract signed, the Partner Portal is enabled with your link and your referral code.
From then on, your job is to refer. Proposal, demo, the client contract and onboarding stay with the CCX sales team. You don't need to sell, negotiate prices or provide technical support.
Every month follows the same rhythm. On day 1, the portal shows the statement per client. By day 5, you send your invoice. On day 10, the payment goes out. If the invoice arrives after day 5, the payment moves to the next day 10.

What counts as a referral
A referral is credited to you in three ways. The company clicks your link and creates its CCX account within 90 days. Or it enters your code at sign-up, in the “Who referred you?” field. Or you register the company in the portal, under “Refer a company”, and it creates its account within 90 days of the registration.
Each company has one partner only. That's why these don't count: a company that already has a CCX account, active or not; a company already tied to another partner; an account created by you, by someone on your team or by a company you own a stake in; and any referral made before the contract was signed.
The 90-day window protects both sides. It gives the company time to decide without you losing the referral, and it stops an old click from turning into commission on a client who came in another way much later.
90 days to create the account. account created on day 42: counts. account created on day 120: doesn't count.
- Already had a CCX account
- Already tied to another partner
- You, your team or your own company
- Referred before the contract
How you get paid
How you get paid depends on who receives the money. In every case, the account must be in the name of whoever signed the contract: CCX does not pay third parties.
With tax residence outside Brazil, you can sign up and refer even without a registered company. To get paid, you issue CCX a valid invoice in your country of tax residence; if your country requires a registration for that, it must be in place before the payment. Payment method and currency are agreed at approval and written into the contract. Your country's taxes are on you, and CCX gives no tax advice about them: check with a local accountant.
With a company in Brazil, you issue CCX a service invoice for the gross amount of the statement. Your company must be registered for an activity that allows invoicing for business referrals; the tax regime doesn't matter. Taxes the law requires to be withheld are deducted and shown on the invoice and the receipt. Payment goes out by Pix, Brazil's instant payment, to a key of the same company.
As an individual in Brazil, payment goes out through an RPA, the self-employed payment receipt, which CCX issues. CCX withholds and pays what the law requires from self-employed income: social security, income tax and, where the law requires it, ISS. For that we ask for your CPF and PIS/NIT numbers. The net amount goes out by Pix to a key of your own.
- A valid invoice in your country of tax residence
- Payment method and currency set in the contract
- Your country's taxes are on you
- Service invoice for the gross amount of the statement
- Legal withholdings shown on the invoice and receipt
- Pix to a key of the same company
- Self-employed receipt (RPA) issued by CCX
- Social security, income tax and, where required, ISS withheld
- Pix to a key of your own
The rules of the game
Once the contract is signed, you can mention CCX Messages and use your link and the portal materials, without changing the logo, colors or copy. What you don't do is speak on behalf of CCX: don't present yourself as an employee, representative, agent or reseller, and don't create profiles, pages, domains or WhatsApp numbers with our name.
Prices, terms and conditions are only those in the public price list and in the sales team's proposal. Don't promise discounts, credit or features CCX doesn't offer, and don't charge or collect any money from the client on behalf of CCX. Paid ads with the CCX brand, including as a keyword, only with written permission. The Meta Business Partner badge was granted to CCX and does not extend to partners.
When you share your link in a post, video, newsletter or group, make it clear that you earn a commission. Send the link only to people who agree to hear from you: bought lists and messages to people who didn't ask don't earn commission and can end the partnership. And only register in the portal the contacts of people who agreed to talk to CCX.
If the partnership ends through no fault of yours, you keep earning on the clients you already referred. Fraud or a serious breach of the rules ends the partnership and future commissions. This post is a summary: the full rules are in the partnership contract, and if the two differ, the contract prevails.
