What changes for the marketing team.
Four pieces that already run in the product. Each one has its own page if you want the details.
The audience you meant, at a known cost
Tags, lists, contacts, a CSV or your whole base. Duplicates count once, anyone who opted out stays out, and on WhatsApp you see the cost against your balance before sending.
Explore campaignsFollow-up for each contact
Journeys send, wait and decide on delivery, read, reply or purchase, with A/B tests of up to four versions and the minimum and maximum cost before you turn them on.
Explore journeysComments that become conversations
A keyword in a comment on your posts or Reels can get a public reply and a private message, and the conversation lands in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
Explore InstagramSegments from the customer record
Save segments of up to 20 filters on the customer profile, with up to 50 custom fields, and use them to start journeys.
Explore Contact 360From the audience to the results.

Count what happened
Delivered, read, failures by reason and replies, which land in your team's inbox.
Pay per message, by country and category.
Each message goes out at its published price for the destination country and category. Journeys, waits and webhooks cost nothing.
International price list in US dollars. WhatsApp prices are for messages to the United Kingdom; each destination country has its own price.
What's the difference between a campaign and a journey?
A campaign is one send to an audience at one moment. A journey follows each contact through several steps and picks the next one based on what they did.
Who can receive a marketing campaign?
Contacts who opted in. On WhatsApp the campaign goes out as an approved template, and an opt-out recorded on the contact holds for WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns.
Do I see the cost before sending?
On WhatsApp, yes: the dashboard shows the estimated cost against your balance. On SMS and email, it shows how many will receive it, and a journey shows its minimum and maximum cost before you turn it on.
Can I test two versions?
Yes. A journey's A/B step splits contacts into two to four branches, and the journey dashboard compares each version's conversion.
Can I send campaigns in Instagram DMs?
No. Meta doesn't allow bulk sending in Instagram DMs. The conversation starts with the customer: a comment, a story reply, a mention or a message.
How much does it cost?
The monthly plan, from US$39, plus each message at its published price. Journeys, waits and webhooks are free, and there are no per-seat fees.
