The more your book sends, the bigger your cut.
We add up the messaging spend of every customer you referred, January through December. That total sets the band, and the percentage applies to the whole total. The bonus is paid in January, together with that month's commission.
Spend means what your referred customers spend on WhatsApp (utility, authentication and service), SMS, RCS, email and push messages. WhatsApp marketing messages, AI (AI agent, IA Assist and Playground), test credit and CCX courtesy credits are left out. Refunded messages come off the base.

Is the 20% commission for life?
For as long as the referred customer is an active customer, yes. No waiting period and no step-down: if they stay five years, you receive 20% of their monthly plan for five years.
What counts as the monthly plan?
The list price of the customer's plan (Essential, Growth, Scale or Corporate). Messaging spend feeds the annual bonus, not the monthly commission.
Do I need to sell, or just refer?
Just refer. You log the lead in the portal and the CCX sales team runs the proposal, the demo and the rollout.
When can I start referring?
Once you sign the partnership contract, which comes with the approval of your application. Only referrals made from the signature on count: a click on your link or a company logged in the portal before it doesn't earn commission.
Is there exclusivity, a quota or a fee?
None of the three. You can work with other vendors, there is no minimum referral quota and joining is free.
How and when do I get paid?
On the 10th of every month, with a per-customer statement in the portal. The payment method and currency are set in your partnership contract, and we issue the statement you need in order to invoice us. If you are outside Brazil, the transfer goes out on the 10th (or the next business day) once your accrued balance reaches US$100, or the equivalent in the agreed currency; below that, it carries over to the next month.
I live outside Brazil. Can I be a partner?
Yes, as an individual or as a company, even if you aren't registered as self-employed. To get paid, you issue a valid invoice in the country where you are tax resident; until you have the registration your country requires for that, your commission keeps accruing. The payment method and currency are set in the contract, and your own bank's fees are on you.
What if the customer already talked to CCX?
The referral counts for a company that creates its CCX account within 90 days of clicking your link, or within 90 days of you logging it in the portal. A company that already has an account, or is already tied to another partner, doesn't count.
What if the partnership ends?
If CCX ends the partnership through no fault of yours, you keep receiving the commission on the customers you already referred, every month, for as long as they stay customers. Fraud or a serious breach of the contract ends the partnership and the commissions.
Do I pay for my own account on the platform?
Not while you don't use any service: the partner account is exempt from the monthly plan. If you send messages through it, you pay the monthly plan and usage like any customer.
