One campaign, the right audience, counted before you send.
Choose the audience, the template and the time. Before sending, the dashboard shows how many will receive it and, on WhatsApp, what it will cost against your balance. Whoever replies on WhatsApp lands in your team's inbox.

Sends that behave on a peak day.
Campaigns go out on the day and time you set, and the dashboard keeps control of the queue while they do.
Results that count the actual messages.
The campaign detail counts sent, delivered, read and failures grouped by reason; on WhatsApp, replies too. A reply is anyone who quoted or reacted to the message, or wrote to the same number within 24 hours.
Consent first, opt-outs respected on every channel.
Marketing opt-in is what separates a campaign from a block. The platform records the opt-out for you and warns you before the easy mistakes.
WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns in one list.
The list brings the channels together with what's going out right now. Push notifications go out from their own screen.

What's the difference between a campaign and a journey?
A campaign is one send to an audience at one moment. A journey follows each contact through several steps and picks the next one based on what they did.
How much does a campaign cost?
You pay per message sent, at the channel's published price. Before a WhatsApp campaign goes out, the dashboard shows the estimated cost against your balance; on SMS and email, it shows how many will receive it.
Who can receive a marketing campaign?
Contacts who opted in. On WhatsApp the campaign goes out as an approved template, and an opt-out recorded on the contact holds for WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns.
What if my balance runs out mid-campaign?
On SMS, the campaign pauses with the reason on screen and, after a top-up, Resume sends only what was refused for lack of balance. On WhatsApp, those messages show up as failures you can retry after topping up, and a scheduled campaign checks the balance before it starts.
Can I pause or cancel a campaign?
Yes. A paused or cancelled WhatsApp campaign holds the queue, and SMS and email stop and resume without resending to anyone who already got the message.
How are replies counted?
On WhatsApp campaigns, a reply is anyone who quoted or reacted to the message, or wrote to the same number within 24 hours.
Can I send a campaign through Instagram DMs?
No. Meta doesn't allow bulk sending in Instagram DMs. The conversation starts with the customer: a comment, a story, a mention or a message.
