Debts on the debtor's profile

Each debtor's contact holds their debts: company, phone numbers, open amount, status and a reference such as the contract number. They come in through the API or an import.

Reminders by journey

The event your system sends starts a WhatsApp reminder. If WhatsApp doesn't confirm delivery within the time you set, the journey takes the SMS or email branch.

Negotiation in the queue

The debtor's reply lands in the inbox and goes to the online collector with the lightest load.

No per-seat fee

Add every collector. The monthly plan follows your message volume.

Contact 360 shows each debt with its company, phone numbers, open amount, status and reference, next to the debtor's conversations, notes and tasks.

CCX doesn't issue payment slips or calculate interest: the amounts are the ones you enter or send. When your system reports the payment, the journey stops the reminders.

Questions about collections

Still unsure? Talk to the team that runs the platform.

Does CCX issue payment slips or payment links?

No. CCX doesn't issue payment slips or calculate interest, and the amounts on the profile are the ones you enter or send. If your system generates a payment link, it can go into the WhatsApp template as a variable.

How does the SMS plan B work?

In the journey, after the WhatsApp reminder, you add a “Was it delivered?” step with a time window. If WhatsApp doesn't confirm delivery within that window, the journey takes the SMS or email branch you built. If it was delivered, the plan B doesn't go out, and contacts who opted out never get it.

How do the debts get onto the debtor's profile?

Through the API or a contact import, with the company, phone numbers, open amount, status and reference. They show on the debtor's profile in Contact 360, and the inbox shows which company each conversation is about.

Who answers the debtor's reply?

The reply lands in the shared inbox and goes to the online collector with the lightest load. Routing rules can also split conversations by team or send them to a set agent outside business hours.

When do the reminders stop?

When your system reports the payment as an event, the journey ends and the debtor gets no more reminders.

Do I pay per collector?

No. The plans have no per-seat fee: the monthly fee follows your message volume.
