360dialog charges per number. CCX charges one plan for the whole team
360dialog bills a monthly fee for each WhatsApp number and passes the Meta rate through on every message. CCX publishes one all-in price per message and a monthly plan that covers the platform. On the message alone, 360dialog is lower; on the month, it depends on what you need around it.
360dialog is a WhatsApp Business API provider built for teams that integrate the channel themselves: a fee per number, Meta's rates on top, and support times set by the tier. If you have the engineering and want the channel close to Meta's cost, that is a clean model. If you want the inbox, campaigns, journeys and an AI agent ready on day one, with one monthly plan, read on.
The price per message, side by side
360dialog charges the Meta rate from the official rate card on each message, and adds 7% to Meta's rate on marketing messages sent through its standard endpoint instead of Meta's Marketing Messages API. For a utility template to a US number, that is Meta's $0.0034; CCX's all-in price for the same message is US$0.0084, on every plan. On top of the messages, 360dialog charges €49 or $59 per number a month on the Regular tier, €99 or $119 on Premium.
Two numbers make 360dialog's fee twice as large, while our plans go by monthly message volume, from US$39 to US$399, with the platform included. 360dialog also adds a 4% processing fee when the licence invoice is paid by card. So per message 360dialog comes out ahead; per month, add up the numbers you run and what you would put around the API.

Does 360dialog add a markup to Meta's rates?
Its calculator says it charges Meta's official rates without markup. Its documentation adds one exception: marketing messages sent through the standard endpoint, instead of Meta's Marketing Messages API, carry a 7% surcharge on Meta's rate. CCX publishes one all-in price per message: US$0.0084 for a utility template to a US number.
Is 360dialog priced per number?
Yes. The Regular tier is €49 or $59 per number a month and Premium is €99 or $119, renewed on the first day of each month, with Meta's message rates on top. CCX plans go by monthly message volume, from US$39.
Is there a free trial at 360dialog?
No trial is published. There is a free sandbox that sends up to 200 messages to your own number, and a payment method is required when you create the account. CCX gives a test credit at sign-up, with no card.
How does moving the number work?
The number is yours and stays yours: what changes is which platform answers for it at Meta. You connect it through Meta's own signup flow, and we walk through the migration with you.
