Three fees added up, or one monthly fee

Infobip is enormous and covers the entire world. The bill matches the size: three separate lines, and the software suite is not in the table most people compare.

Infobip publishes channel prices by template type and free-form message, which is more transparency than most vendors offer. What that table does not show is the software suite: the company itself explains that the bill has three parts, a platform fee, a processing fee per outbound message and channel delivery. Compare only the last one and you understate the total.

Channel delivery, and the rest of the bill

Infobip publishes the channel delivery price by template type and free-form message, on a page of its own; check the line for your country at the source, because it changes without notice. CCX publishes one all-in price per message, the same on every plan.

Channel delivery is not the total. On top of it, the AgentOS suite carries a platform fee from $530 per month, with 30 inbox seats included, and a processing fee from $0.07456 per outbound message, both published by Infobip. Inbound messages and broadcasts pay no processing fee. At CCX the platform is the monthly fee, US$39 to US$399, with no processing fee on top of the message.

When Infobip is the right call

  • You operate in many countries and need global coverage under a single contract.
  • You want channels beyond messaging — voice, email, RCS, regional apps — from the same vendor.
  • Your company has a procurement process that prefers a negotiated contract to a self-service table.

When CCX is the right call

  • You want a bill with two items — monthly fee and message — instead of three added together.
  • Your team is small: our plans start at US$39 a month, and the AgentOS platform fee starts at $530.
  • You would rather sign up on the website at a published price than work through a sales cycle.
  • You do not want a processing fee per outbound message: on AgentOS it starts at $0.07456 per message, on top of the platform fee and channel delivery.

About moving off Infobip

Want the comparison against your contract? Talk to us and we will put the full bill together.

Does Infobip publish pricing?

Yes. The WhatsApp page prices each template type and free-form messages, and the AgentOS page publishes the platform fee and the processing fee. They are separate pages: look only at the channel one and you miss the other two fees.

What are the three fees?

In the wording Infobip uses: a platform fee, monthly and fixed, from $530; a processing fee from $0.07456 per outbound message, with none on inbound messages or broadcasts; and channel delivery, the per-message price in the table. A comparison that looks at the third alone leaves the other two out.

Does Infobip charge for messages you receive?

Not on AgentOS: its pricing page lists free unlimited inbound messages. Neither does CCX. The difference is on the way out: AgentOS adds a processing fee per outbound message, and CCX adds no processing fee on top of the message.

How does migration work?

The number stays yours; what changes is the platform responsible for it at Meta. You connect it through Meta's own signup flow, and we walk through the migration with you.
