What does the dashboard show?

Messages, deliveries, reads and failures for the period, volume by channel, the delivery funnel, operation health (SLA at risk, response time, agents online and the queue with no owner), performance by agent and the latest campaigns.

Which periods can I see?

7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or a date range of your own, with a filter by agent. The wallet offers 7, 30 and 90 days, this month, last month or a custom range.

Does the dashboard update on its own?

The numbers refresh when you open the dashboard or press Refresh, which shows how long ago they were updated. Conversations in the inbox, on the other hand, update live.

How is the wallet debited?

Each send reserves its cost the moment it goes out, and the statement shows every debit by source or by channel and category. The monthly plan is also debited from the wallet.

Can I export the data?

Yes. The dashboard exports to XLSX, and the wallet exports its statement.

Where is the data stored?

Conversations, contacts, files and backups stay in São Paulo, Brazil, encrypted in transit and at rest.
