Map the path once. It runs on its own.

Journeys that send, wait and decide based on what happened with each customer. WhatsApp, SMS and email on the same path, started by a list, by an event from your system or by an API call. Build it by clicking and see the cost before you turn it on.

What fits in a journey

Every contact that enters a journey gets its own run and moves through the steps at its own pace. Start from a ready-made template in the dashboard, or build the whole path through the API.

Plan B only goes out when plan A didn't arrive.

The condition waits for the signal as long as you choose, counted from the actual send. And a signal the channel doesn't report can't be used in a condition, so the SMS fallback doesn't go out to everyone.

  • Pausing a journey pulls back whatever was scheduled.
  • Archiving ends the runs in progress.
  • A template paused by Meta pauses the journey; a problem with one contact only skips their step.
  • By default, each contact enters a journey only once.
  • You can see which step each contact is on.
Try the conditionThe WhatsApp reminder goes out at 9:00 AM. Set how long the condition waits, and when the delivery signal arrives.
WADelivered at 11:00 AM. No SMS.The contact moves on to the A/B test. The SMS is never sent.
Simulation. In a real journey you set the wait; the channel reports the signal.

What it cost, who converted, what came in.

Each journey's dashboard shows the cost spent, the journey's conversion, the attributed revenue and, step by step, how many people passed, received and read.

A scheduled reminder gets sent. Exactly once.

Schedule WhatsApp, SMS or email for the right day and time. The message is recorded before it goes out, so a failure along the way doesn't turn into a duplicate. If it might have already arrived, resending asks a person to confirm.

And what already runs on its own

Smaller pieces that handle the day-to-day, set up in the dashboard, no journey needed.

Auto-replyOn a customer's first message, by weekday and time: a text, a template or a flow, like an after-hours notice.
WhatsApp FlowsForms inside the chat for sign-ups, bookings and surveys. The answers go to the contact's record.
Sales pipeline stageWhen a card enters a pipeline stage, that stage's message goes out to the customer.
AI agentAnswers the first message on the numbers where it's switched on and hands off to a person when needed.

Journeys are free. Messages aren't.

You pay for each message sent, at the channel's price. Waiting, branching and notifying your system cost nothing. No per-journey fee, up to 200 journeys per organization.

Before your first journey

What's the difference between a journey and a campaign?

A campaign is one send to an audience at one moment. A journey follows each contact through several steps and picks the next one based on what they did.

Do I need a developer?

Not for the dashboard templates: you pick the trigger, the template and the wait. The API is there to build longer paths or to let your system add contacts to a journey.

How does my system put someone in a journey?

Three ways: adding the contact to a list that triggers it, sending an event with the name the journey listens for, or calling the journey's own entry route through the API.

Can I test before switching it on?

A journey starts as a draft and sends nothing until it's activated. You can build it calmly, review the steps and only then turn it on.

What happens if I pause it?

No one new gets in and whatever was scheduled is pulled back. Archiving goes further: it ends the runs in progress.

Does it work outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window?

Yes, because the send step uses an approved template, which is what Meta accepts to start a conversation.
