Appointment reminders that say only what's needed.
A utility template reminds the patient with buttons to confirm or reschedule, the answer reaches your scheduling system, and anything clinical goes to a person. The message carries the time and the place; the details stay in your patient portal.

Four moments around an appointment.
Each one runs on something the product does today: a journey, the inbox, email and the AI agent.
A reminder before the visit
Your scheduling system posts the event through the API, and the journey sends a utility template with Confirm and Reschedule.
No answer
A condition waits for a reply as long as you set. With a reply, a signed webhook sends it to your system; without one, a backup reminder goes out by email.
Preparing for the visit
Fasting, documents and directions go by email from your own domain, where more text fits, and the patient's questions come back to the team in the chat.
Results are ready
The template says the results are in your patient portal. The clinical content stays behind your login.
A reminder that waits for the answer.
Each patient gets a run of their own. Whoever answers goes to your system; whoever doesn't gets one backup reminder, and the front desk sees every reschedule in the inbox.
The backup branch is one you add in the builder. Outside Brazil it goes by email; SMS reaches Brazilian numbers only, on request.
The channels a clinic needs.
WhatsApp carries the reminder and the answer. The others cover patients WhatsApp doesn't reach, and the AI answers the practical questions.
Reminders with Confirm and Reschedule buttons, and rescheduling in the chat with your front desk.
Explore WhatsAppShort reminders for patients without WhatsApp. Brazilian numbers; other countries on request.
Explore SMSPreparation instructions and documents from your own domain, where more text fits.
Explore EmailAnswers address, opening hours and preparation from your knowledge base. Topics you list go to a person.
Explore AI agentPatient data handled with care.
What the platform does on its side, and what a good setup leaves out of the message.
What one appointment costs in messages.
You pay the monthly plan and each message at its published price. Waits, conditions and webhooks cost nothing, and your whole team is included.
International price list in US dollars. WhatsApp prices are for messages to the United Kingdom; each destination country has its own price.
What clinics ask before they start
Still unsure? Talk to the team that runs the platform.
Is it safe to send health information by WhatsApp?
Keep clinical details out of the message: say the results are ready and point to your portal. On our side, data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in São Paulo, with the exceptions listed in the Trust Center.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It answers from your knowledge base, like address, opening hours and preparation, and the topics you list go straight to a person. The AI is processed in the United States by sub-processors listed in the Trust Center.
Can patients confirm with one tap?
Yes. The reminder can carry Confirm and Reschedule buttons, and the answer reaches your scheduling system through the signed webhook.
Who on my team sees the conversations?
Each person sees what their role allows. There are nine roles, from owner to read-only, and the organization can turn on two-step verification for every member.
Is there a connector for my scheduling system?
There's no ready-made connector. Your system posts events through the API and receives the answers through signed webhooks.
How much does it cost?
The monthly plan, from US$39, plus each message at its published price. A reminder is a utility template. No per-seat fees.
