From the first question to the order update.
Customers ask about products on WhatsApp and Instagram, leave carts behind and want to know where their order is. The AI answers from your catalog, a journey follows up on the cart, and your team picks up the conversations that need a person.

Four moments that decide a sale.
Each one runs on something the product does today: a journey, the AI agent, the AI seller or an Instagram rule.
A cart left behind
Your store sends the cart event through the API, the journey waits an hour and sends an approved marketing template. An A/B split tests two offers on the customers who didn't buy.
“Where is my order?”
With VTEX or OpenCart connected, the AI agent finds the order by number and replies with its status. What it can't look up goes to a person, with the conversation attached.
Questions about a product
The AI searches your catalog and, on WhatsApp, sends the photo with name, price and a button to the product page. If the price is missing, a guard stops the reply and calls your team.
Comments on your posts
A keyword rule on your posts or Reels can reply in public and send one private message. The conversation lands in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
A cart reminder that knows when to stop.
Each customer gets a run of their own. The condition waits for your purchase event: whoever buys leaves the journey, and whoever doesn't gets the second offer from an A/B split.
Start from the Abandoned cart template on the New journey screen and adjust the texts and waits. Before you turn it on, the dashboard shows the minimum and maximum cost.
The channels a store actually uses.
WhatsApp carries the sale and the order. The others reach people where they already are, and every reply lands on the same customer profile.

What the platform checks for you before a campaign goes out, and while it runs.
What one order costs in messages.
You pay the monthly plan and each message at its published price. The AI is billed per interaction, and your whole team is included.
International price list in US dollars. WhatsApp prices are for messages to the United Kingdom; each destination country has its own price.
What stores ask before they start
Still unsure? Talk to the team that runs the platform.
Which store platforms connect?
VTEX and OpenCart connect directly: the catalog is mirrored and refreshed every 6 hours, and the AI can look up orders by number. Any other platform can send carts, orders and contacts through the API, and the catalog by CSV spreadsheet.
Can the AI make up a price?
The price it quotes comes from the product record. If the price is missing, a guard in the code blocks the reply and the conversation goes to a person. Every reply is logged along with the search it ran.
Will a big campaign delay order messages?
Scheduled WhatsApp campaigns go out through a bulk queue of their own, so they don't compete with order confirmations. A paused or cancelled campaign holds that queue.
Who can receive promotions?
Contacts who opted in, through templates approved by Meta. An opt-out recorded on the contact holds for WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns.
Can I sell on Instagram too?
Comments with your keyword can get a public reply and one private message, and Direct lands in the same inbox as WhatsApp, where the AI answers in text from the same catalog. Meta doesn't allow bulk campaigns in Instagram DMs.
How much does it cost?
The monthly plan, from US$39, plus each message at its published price and each AI interaction. No setup fee and no per-seat fees.
