About moving off Octadesk

How much does Octadesk cost?

On its official page: One at R$2,499 a month with 3,000 DAUs, Flow at R$4,399 with 5,500 and Nexus on request, with 9,000. The page doesn't say whether the price is monthly or annual. WhatsApp templates are billed separately, at Meta's rate, and onboarding consulting is mandatory, priced on request.

What is a DAU at Octadesk?

A contact with an active conversation in a 24-hour window, as Octadesk defines it on its pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly bundle of DAUs, and extra bundles of 500 have no published price. CCX doesn't price by contacts: the monthly fee follows message volume.

Does Octadesk charge per user?

Not for messaging: the plans have unlimited users. The helpdesk is separate, from R$130 to R$100 per user a month. CCX charges per user for nothing: agents, teams and queues have no per-person cost.

How does moving the number work?

The number is yours and stays yours: what changes is which platform answers for it at Meta. You connect it through Meta's own signup flow, and we walk through the migration with you.
