RD Station Conversas charges by customers served. CCX charges by message volume, all included

RD Station Conversas has unlimited users and prices the plan by unique customers served in the month, with WhatsApp messages paid from a separate credit wallet at Meta's price list. CCX publishes one all-in price per message and a plan set by message volume.

RD Station Conversas is RD Station's WhatsApp customer service and sales tool, sold in Brazil, with Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email. Its plans have unlimited users; what sets the price is how many different customers your team serves in a month. WhatsApp messages come out of a Credit Wallet paid separately from the plan, at Meta's prices. If you serve many customers, that is where the two models part.

The price, side by side

At RD Station Conversas, Basic costs R$989 a month on the annual plan or R$1,099 month to month, and Pro R$2,699 annual or R$2,999 monthly, for up to 3,000 customers served a month; Advanced is priced on request. WhatsApp messages sit outside the plan, in a credit wallet with a R$300 minimum. CCX publishes every band's monthly fee, US$39 to US$399, and an all-in price per message: US$0.0084 for a utility message to a US number.

Customers above the plan's limit are charged per customer served, with no published price. The page also lists onboarding as paid, with no price, and options such as WhatsApp activation for R$1,999. CCX has no setup fee.

When RD Station Conversas is the right call

  • You already use RD Station and want WhatsApp customer service in the same ecosystem.
  • Many people serve few customers: users are unlimited and the plan counts customers, not people.
  • You want Messenger and Telegram in the same service queue.

When CCX is the right call

  • You serve many different customers each month: here the monthly fee follows messages, not customers served.
  • You want each message's price published by the platform itself, all included, in a monthly fee of US$39 to US$399.
  • You want SMS, RCS and push in the same account, alongside WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
  • You want your data in São Paulo: RD's data processing agreement says its data centers are predominantly in the United States.

About moving off RD Station Conversas

Want the math on your own volume? Talk to us and we will compare it with your current invoice.

How much does RD Station Conversas cost?

On its official page: Basic at R$989 a month annual or R$1,099 monthly; Pro at R$2,699 annual or R$2,999 monthly, for up to 3,000 customers served a month; Advanced on request. WhatsApp messages come from a separate credit wallet, with a R$300 minimum and 12-month validity.

Does RD Station Conversas charge per user?

No: all three plans have unlimited users. What sets the plan is the number of unique customers served in the month, and customers above the limit are charged per customer served, with no published price. CCX doesn't charge per user either, nor per customer: the monthly fee follows message volume.

Are WhatsApp messages included?

At RD Station Conversas, no: they come from a Credit Wallet paid separately from the plan, at Meta's prices, and service messages are exempt. At CCX the published price of each message already includes everything: US$0.0084 for a utility message to a US number.

How does moving the number work?

The number is yours and stays yours: what changes is which platform answers for it at Meta. You connect it through Meta's own signup flow, and we walk through the migration with you.
