The pipeline moves with the conversation.
Sales pipelines with your own stages, right next to the inbox. Each deal shows the customer's last message and opens the conversation in one click, and any conversation becomes a deal in the stage you choose.

Each stage sets its own pace.
Create as many sales pipelines as you need. Each stage has a default probability, a maximum time and the fields a deal must have before it can enter.
The first stage takes any deal, with no required field. Deals here count at a low probability in the weighted value.

- 10%
- Maximum time in the stage
- 3 days
- Required to enter
- Nothing required
To enter, the deal needs a company and a value. If someone tries to move it without them, the board asks for the fields first.

- Company, Value
A proposal needs an expected close date. After the maximum time, the card turns red on the board and on its record.

- 60%
- Maximum time in the stage
- 7 days

- Value, Expected close
The last stage before closing counts at a high probability. From here the deal closes as won, or as lost with a reason from your list.

A board with total and weighted value.

From the conversation to the pipeline.
Any inbox conversation becomes a deal in the pipeline and stage you choose. On the board, the deal shows the customer's last message and takes you back to the conversation.
A deal from the conversation
In the inbox, pick the pipeline and the stage, and the deal is created with that contact.
A warning before duplicating
When you create a deal, the CRM warns you if that company or contact already has an open deal in the pipeline.
One search for everything
The CRM search finds contacts, companies and deals, and each company has its own record and fields.
The month at the top of the board.
Above the columns, the board shows what's open, the weighted forecast for the month, what was won, the conversion rate and the average cycle.
| Deal | Value | Probability | Weighted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aurora Hotel | US$9,600 | 80% | US$7,680 |
| Silva Bakery | US$5,800 | 80% | US$4,640 |

Questions about the CRM
Still unsure? Talk to the team that runs the platform.
Which pipelines can I run?
Sales pipelines, as many as you need, each with its own stages, colors, probabilities and maximum times.
Can I turn a conversation into a deal?
Yes. From any inbox conversation you pick the pipeline and the stage, and the deal is created with the contact. On the board, the deal shows the customer's last message and opens the conversation in one click.
What does the board add up?
Each column shows how many deals it has, their total value and the value weighted by the stage's probability. Above the columns: what's open, the weighted forecast for the month, won this month, conversion and average cycle.
What happens when a deal stalls?
Each stage can have a maximum time. The card shows how many days it has spent in the stage, turns amber near the limit and red once it's over.
What can a deal hold?
Value, expected close date, probability, owner, tags, custom fields (text, number, money, date, list, multi-select, yes/no, person and link), a company with its contacts, and files.
How do I close a deal?
Mark it as won or lost. The loss reason comes from your own list and is required when you set one. A closed deal can be reopened.
