900 conversations this month
The same inbox as WhatsApp and Instagram.
Telegram chats land in the same inbox as your other channels, with conversation assignment, notes and the team queue you choose for each bot.

Everything a Telegram chat can carry.
What the bot receives and sends, and the controls your team gets on the Telegram screen.
Photos, videos and voice notesWhat the customer sends shows in the conversation. From the inbox you send photos, videos, audio and files, and a voice note recorded in the browser arrives as a Telegram voice note.
The customer's photoThe contact's Telegram profile photo shows in the inbox when their privacy settings allow it, and it's refreshed once a month.
Welcome with buttonsEach entry link has its own welcome message. A button with a link opens your page; a reply button lands in the inbox as if the customer had typed it.
Command menuPublish up to 8 commands in the bot's menu, like /orders or /support, without touching code.
AI agentTurn on the AI for a bot and your default agent answers, the same one that works on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Blocked botWhen someone blocks the bot, the inbox tells your team that the reply can't go out, instead of failing quietly.
Token kept safeThe token is encrypted on our side and the screen only shows a masked preview. If you revoke it in @BotFather, swap it on the same screen.
One bot, one companyA bot can only be connected to one company at a time, so nobody else can take over your conversations.
Telegram has no per-message fee.
Telegram is included in your plan: messages to and from your bot or account aren't charged and don't count toward your plan's message volume. When the AI answers, it's billed per interaction.
Only to connect your personal account: Telegram Business, which lets a bot answer chats for you, is part of Premium. To connect a bot, a regular Telegram account is enough.
Is there a 24-hour window?
For a bot, no: it can reply at any time to anyone who started a chat with it. For a personal account, Telegram allows replies up to 24 hours after the customer's last message, and the inbox tells you when that window has closed.
Can the bot message people who never talked to it?
No. Telegram only lets a bot write to people who opened a chat with it. That's what entry links are for: put the link in your bio, an ad or a QR code, and the chat starts with one tap.
Does it work in groups?
Not yet. Private chats with your bot or your account land in the inbox, and group messages are left out.
Can I see when the customer read the message?
No. Telegram doesn't send delivery or read receipts to bots, so the inbox shows the message as sent.
How much does it cost?
Telegram is included in your plan. You pay for the AI interaction when it replies, from US$0.02.
