Wati's plans include a set number of users. CCX charges by message volume, with no per-seat fee
On the table Wati shows visitors from the United States, each plan comes with a set number of users and messages are billed separately. CCX publishes an all-included price per message and a monthly fee based on message volume, with no setup fee and no lock-in.
Wati is a WhatsApp Business API platform with a team inbox, automation and AI agents, and it also covers Instagram and other channels. Its pricing page changes with the visitor's country: the figures here are the ones it shows from the United States, in dollars. From Brazil, the same page shows another table, in reais, with different limits.
The price, side by side
From the United States, Wati charges $69 a month on Growth ($59 billed annually), with 3 users; $149 on Pro ($119), with 5 users; and $349 on Business ($279), also with 5 users. Messages are billed separately, at Wati's rate card. CCX publishes the monthly fee for each band, from US$39 to US$399, and the price per message, all included: US$0.0084 for utility.
The two monthly fees measure different things: Wati's is tied to users. Growth takes no additional users, and extras cost $39 a month on Pro and $89 on Business. CCX's follows message volume, with no per-seat fee. Because Wati's table changes with the visitor's country, check the source from yours and add messages on both sides before comparing.

When Wati is the right call
- You want a monthly allowance of AI credits included in the plan.
- You sell on Shopify and want ready-made abandoned-cart and order templates, with the integration app billed separately.

- You'd rather try it for 7 days, with no credit card, before picking a plan.
When CCX is the right call
- Your team is growing and you don't want to change plans because of it: CCX has no per-seat fee, and the monthly fee follows message volume.
- You want each message's price published by the platform itself, all included, in a monthly fee of US$39 to US$399.
- Your volume changes month to month: the band follows it, with no extra bundle to negotiate.
- You want to start with US$5 of test credit, with no card, no setup fee and no lock-in.

Why does Wati's price change by country?
Wati's page shows a table according to where the visitor is. On the same day, we read one in dollars from the United States and another in reais from Brazil, with different prices and limits: the Brazilian one also counts monthly active contacts. That's why this page says which table it quotes and links to the source.

Each plan includes a set number of users: 3 on Growth and 5 on Pro and Business. Growth takes no additional users; extras cost $39 a month on Pro and $89 on Business. CCX charges per user for nothing: agents, teams and queues have no per-person cost.
