Per message. Euro for eurozone destinations, US dollar elsewhere. Brazil has a local price list in reais that falls with volume. Authentication and service cost the same as utility, and no category is free. The category Meta returns in the message status is the one charged.
Every other channel.
Published prices for email, push and the AI agent, and where a channel is still on request, we say so.
One price per recipient, no bands: sending, receiving, delivery, open and click events at the same price.
Per interaction: one full agent cycle on one message, on top of the message on the channel. The most advanced feature the interaction used sets the price.
Per interaction. Interactions that read an image are priced by the model used.Apple, Google and the browsers don't charge for delivery, so the price covers only our infrastructure. A rejected token is not charged on the send where it failed.
Per 1,000 notifications. Invalid tokens drop off the list on their own.SMS and RCS go to Brazilian numbers, at the same rate over API and SMPP. Other countries are on request.
Up to 160 characters is one message, or 70 with an emoji or a letter outside the SMS alphabet.No per-message fee on Direct. When the AI answers, the interaction is charged as an AI interaction.

How the bill works.
A prepaid wallet, a plan on the 1st, and a published price for each message. Nothing else.
- Top up the walletMessages and AI interactions are debited from a prepaid balance. Credit doesn't expire while the account is active.
- SendEach accepted message debits its published price. A message the provider rejects is not charged.
- Meta sets the categoryThe category Meta returns in the message status is the one charged. If it differs, the wallet reconciles with a refund or a top-up.
- The plan follows volumeOn the 1st, the plan is debited for the tier last month's volume landed in. If volume drops, the plan drops.

How does the prepaid wallet work?
Messages and AI interactions are debited from a prepaid wallet. The dashboard shows the statement, an email warns you when the balance runs low, and credit doesn't expire while the account is active.
When is the plan charged?
On the 1st of each month, debited from the wallet, for the plan your previous month's volume landed in. If volume drops, next month's plan drops with it.
How does the test credit work?
Sign up through the site and get a US$5 test credit. It's added to your wallet after your sign-up is approved, when your company is created. No card, no contract.
Are service messages charged?
Yes. No WhatsApp category is free: replies inside the 24-hour window cost the same as utility messages to that country.
Who decides whether a message is utility or marketing?
Meta does. The category Meta returns in the message status is the one charged; if it differs from the one sent, the wallet reconciles with a refund or a top-up. Messages the provider rejects are not charged.
Can I send SMS outside Brazil?
SMS goes to Brazilian numbers only for now. For other countries, the route is on request.
How is AI charged?
Per interaction, on top of the message: US$0.02 for a simple reply, US$0.05 with a knowledge base, US$0.09 with tools and US$0.15 on the advanced model. Interactions that read an image are priced by the model used.
Is there a lock-in or a setup fee?
No. No lock-in, no termination penalty and no setup fee.
